2019年6月より、Oracle PBCS(Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) はOracle EPM Cloud へと、名称変更、価格改定、機能向上が行われました。
PBCSは、EPM Cloud として提供される製品の一つ「Planning」になりEPM Cloud – Planning は、従来のEPBCSに相当するものです。
また、それにともない名称、用語が変更されました。

EPM Cloud - Planning の概要
EPM Cloud – Planning は、従来の予算管理のほか、事前定義された Planning modules
を使用することができます。
Planning modules
・Financials (財務戦略モデリング)
・Workforce (要員計画)
・Projects (プロジェクト)
・Capital (設備投資)
これらのモジュールには、フォーム、計算、ダッシュボード、ドライバ、キー・パフォーマンス・インジケータ(KPI)などの組込みのベスト・プラクティスの事前定義されたコンテンツが含まれます。
フォームは、データ、プランおよび予測を動的に反映するダッシュボードおよびレポートと統合されるように設計されています。
・Financials (財務戦略モデリング)
財務ソリューションでは、損益計算書、貸借対照表およびキャッシュ・フローに対する統合されたドライバ・ベースのプランニングが提供されます。KPI、ドライバ、勘定科目などの即時利用可能ツールを使用すると、レポートの準備にかかる時間を短縮でます。
また、財務を使用して費用および収益のプランニングを実行することもできます。
・Workforce (要員計画)
要員ソリューションでは、財務プランと要員プランを結び付ける人数および報酬のプランニングが可能になります。
将来の人数と関連する人事費用(給与、福利厚生、税金など)の予算を作成できます。
・Projects (プロジェクト)
プロジェクト・ソリューションは、プロジェクト・プランニング・システムと財務プランニング・プロセスを結び付けます。
これにより、組織的なプロジェクトやイニシアチブがリソース全体に及ぼす影響を調査して、短期的および長期的な財務目標と一致することを確認できます。
・Capital (設備投資)
新規資本投資(固定資産、無形資産)の投資計画、および既存資産の除却、移転および修繕などの資産関連費用の計画を行うことができます。
